I call their shop to order a surprise birthday gift to our dear friend.
After I called in less than 2 hrs the flowers arrived at my friends place. She’s so happy when she got the flowers. The selection of flowers and colors and the arrangement was fantastic.

The arrangement is beautiful, however it should be for the price! It is only a week old and the roses are already dying. I’ve followed the instructions, trimmed, new water and yet I will need to chuck them. Maybe they are only good for a week - I’m not sure. They are also hard to get back in the vase after trimming with the grid that is taped on.

Hi Lindsay. We really appreciate your inputs. Roses and other flowers such as tulips or hydrangeas with great care only last up to a week. For an arrangement, trimming is not required as it has already been arranged in certain way and would be very difficult to be removed or placing back in. I placed an order for flowers for my Mom in hospital at 10am in the morning. By the afternoon she had her bouquet in hand. It was so beautiful that even the delivery person was thrilled. Regina Florist made ordering flowers from out-of-province a delight! Prior to finding them, I had a frustrating experience with a different alleged "national" floral company that said they could deliver. After placing an online order, I realized they couldn't do it same-day ... they had no one to deliver! I canceled the order and called Regina Florist. I was extremely happy with the flowers I had ordered for my Mom! Not so happy with the way they were delivered! There was no phone call to see that Mom was home & the flowers were left on her front step in front of her door. Delivered first thing in the morning she heard the door bell being elderly it took some time to get to the door to find no one there when she looked out. Luckily she did open the door & the flowers where sitting right in front of her door. She would have left the house through the garage & missed the flowers for 3 days while away.

My mother-in-law is in palliative care and we wanted to send flowers early for mothers day, I requested them on a wednesday to be delivered on Friday with a little bird in it. My wife phoned on thursday morning to try to get them delivered on
thursday with butterflies instead of the bird.( I messed up) .Regina Florist came through big time and delivered them that day with butterflies. Mother-in-law said they were the best bouquet she ever saw. Thanks Regina Florist, above and beyond

I am very happy with the flowers my Mom received for Mothers Day. However a phone call before delivery would have been nice because who ever delivered rang the door bell then left the flowers on her front step. Had she only looked out the peep hole & not opened her front door the flowers would have sat there for up to 3 days since she was planning on going out of town & would have left through the garage & would not have even seen them. So as nice as the flowers were beautiful in fact the delivery of them was less that ideal.

You never know what you're going to get when long distance ordering. I was sent pictures of the delivered items and they were beautiful. The real test was when I was sent a second pic 9 days later. Some of the arrangement were just opening! THAT makes it worth it!
